- Chicken Mixture:
- 1 tsp oil for greasing the dish
- 1 red onion
- 2 garlic clove
- 1 pkgtomatoes
- 1 pkgchicken breasts
- 1 tbspoil
- pinch salt
- 0.5 tspblack pepper
- 1 pkgspice mix
- Pasta:
- 4-5 l water
- 2 tspsalt
- 1 pkgpasta
- 1 tbspoil
- Additional Ingredients:
- 1 pkgbarbecue sauce
- 1Preheat the oven to 200 °C and grease a baking dish with oil.
- 2Peel the red onion and garlic, chop them finely, and place them in the baking dish. Wash the tomatoes, cut them into smaller pieces, and add them to the onion and garlic.
- 3Cut the chicken into smaller pieces and add it to the rest of the ingredients. Drizzle with oil and season with salt, black pepper, and a spice mix. Mix everything well, place the baking dish in the oven, and bake for 20–25 minutes.
- 4Pour water into a pot and bring it to a boil. Salt it, add the pasta, and cook on low heat for about 10 minutes or until al dente. Then drain well and toss with a bit of oil.
- 5Add the BBQ sauce to the baking dish after 20–25 minutes of baking, stir, and bake for another 7 minutes.
- 6Mix the chicken mixture with the cooked pasta.
- 7Serve the BBQ pasta on plates and enjoy. Bon appétit!
