- Rice:
- 7 dlwater
- 1 pkgjasmine rice
- 1 tsp salt
- Wok:
- 2 garlic clove
- 2 tbspoil
- 1 pkgground pork
- 0.5 tspblack pepper
- 1 pkgstir-fry vegetables
- 1 pkgsoya sauce
- 1 pkgsweet & sour sauce
- 1 dlwater
- pinch salt (optional)
The sweet and sour sauce has a mildly spicy character, so add it to the wok gradually according to your taste preferences.
- 1Pour water into a pot and bring it to a boil. Rinse the rice in a sieve under cold water. Salt the boiling water, add the rice, and reduce the heat to low. Cook for 11–12 minutes.
- 2Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
- 3Heat a pan with oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground pork and cook for 4–5 minutes. Then season with pepper.
- 4Add the garlic and wok vegetables to the pan. Sauté for 3–4 minutes, then stir in the soy sauce.
- 5Pour in the sweet and sour sauce, rinse out the packaging with water, and add it to the pan. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 6Add salt to taste.
- 7Serve the sweet and sour stir-fry on plates and enjoy with rice.
