Meatballs:: 1 shallot; 0.5 pkgcoriander; 2 pkgsoya sauce; 1 pkgground meat seasoning; 1 tsp salt; 1 pkgground pork; 1 tbspoil; 3 tbspoil; 1 pkgcurry paste; 1 pkgcoconut milk
Rice:: water; salt; 1 pkgjasmine rice
Salad:: 1 cucumber; 2 carrot; lime; 0.5 pkgcoriander; 0.5 tbspoil; pinch salt; 2 tspsugar

Peel the shallot, finely chop it and place it in a bowl. Wash the coriander, finely chop it and add half of it to the shallot. Add the soy sauce, minced meat seasoning, salt and minced pork, then mix thoroughly.

Heat oil over medium-high heat, add the meatballs to the pan and cook, turning occasionally, for about 5–6 minutes until golden brown on all sides.

Add half of the green curry paste, stir well and then pour in the coconut milk. Simmer over low heat for another 5–7 minutes and add the remaining curry paste according to the desired level of spiciness.

Bring water to a boil for the rice and cook it according to the instructions on the package.

Peel and wash the cucumber and carrot, then use a peeler to slice them into thin strips and place them in a bowl. Wash the lime, grate the zest and squeeze the juice over the vegetables. Add the remaining coriander, drizzle with oil, season with salt and sugar and gently mix.
