Patties:: 1 pkgground beef & pork; 0.5 tspsalt; 0.5 tspblack pepper; 1 pkgspice mix; 1 pkgmustard; 0.5 tbspoil; 3 tbspoil
Onion:: 2 onion; 3 tbspbutter; 1 tbspoil; 0.5 tspsalt; 3 tbspsugar
Salad:: 1 pkgsalad; 1 cucumber; 1 pkgvinegar dressing

Preheat the oven to 225 °C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Wash the potatoes, cut them into wedges and spread them on the tray. Drizzle with oil and season with salt, pepper and rosemary. Place the tray in the oven and roast for 25–30 minutes.

Place the meat in a bowl, season with salt, pepper, spice mix and mustard, and mix well.

Oil your hands and shape the mixture into patties.

Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat, add the patties and sear them on both sides for 3–4 minutes.

Remove the tray from the oven after 20 minutes of roasting the potatoes. Add the patties and bake together for another 7–8 minutes.

Peel the onion and slice it into rings.

Heat butter and oil in another pan over medium-high heat. Add the onion and sauté for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and sugar, then reduce the heat and cook for another 5–7 minutes.

Wash the lettuce and tear it into a bowl. Wash the cucumber, slice it and add to the lettuce. Drizzle with dressing and toss well. Add salt to taste.
