- Marinated Zucchini:
- 1 zucchini
- 2 tbspoil
- 0.5 tspsalt
- pinch black pepper
- 0.5 pkgdried herbs
- Sauce:
- 1 candiced tomatoes
- 1 pkgtomato purée
- 1 garlic clove
- 0.5 pkgdried herbs
- 1 tsp sugar
- 0.5 tspsalt
- Additional Ingredients:
- 2 pkgmini pizza bases
- 1 pkgcorn
- 1 dried ham
- 1 red pepper
- 1 red onion
- 2 pkggrated edam
- 1Wash the zucchini and slice it into thin rounds or half-moons. Place it in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt, pepper, and dried oregano. Mix well and let it marinate for a while.
- 2Preheat the oven to 225 °C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- 3Prepare the sauce. Pour the crushed tomatoes and tomato paste into a bowl. Peel and press the garlic and add it to the bowl. Season with salt, pepper, sugar, and dried herbs, then mix well.
- 4Drain the sweet corn. Wash the bell pepper and cut it into thin strips. Cut the Schwarzwald ham into smaller pieces.
- 5Spread the sauce evenly over the prepared pizza dough. Arrange the ham, bell pepper, marinated zucchini, and corn on top. Sprinkle with grated cheese and season with dried oregano.
- 6Bake in the oven for about 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and the crust is nicely browned.
- 7Serve the pizza on plates and enjoy.
